Come and join us for a Nurturing Day and allow yourself to immerse into a world of Essential oils, Reflexology, Dru Yoga, Meditation, Heart congruence and nourishing food. This workshop creates a safe space for "Creating Balance in (Pre)Menopause".

As we approach menopause, we experience major changes in our bodies and lives. This nurturing Self-care day allows you to slow down, reflect, learn and experience self-care tools from Reflexology, Dru-Yoga, Aromatic Kinesiology and Nutritional aspects to support you on your menopause journey.

What we offer:

Dru Yoga – is a gentle and flowing style of yoga designed to release tension from your spine and enhance the energy flow in your body, mind and soul. You will experience a gentle Dru Yoga sequence followed by a Dru Yoga relaxation.

Reflexology - is a holistic modality balancing your nervous system. You will learn the techniques to work on your own face, ears & hands.

Meditation - Heart Congruence practice to create inner peace and harmony

Journalling - time for self-reflection

Creating - your unique nurturing essential oil blend.

Doris Mounsey, Kinesiologist, Dru Yoga Teacher and Aromatic Kinesiology® Facilitator, shares her knowledge of connecting with your Body, Heart and Intuition to create inner peace, well-being and health in your life.

Monique Poppelaars, Reflexologist & Aromatic Kinesiology® Facilitator, is particularly interested in Women's Mental Health. Monique uses her modalities to balance your emotional and physical well-being and reconnects you with your innate healing force.
